Sham Lal Sharma Calls for Encouraging Young Talent at ‘Spirit of Independence Season 3’

Sham Lal Sharma, MLA Jammu North, was the Chief Guest on the occasion, while Keshav Chopra, Social Activist & Chairman, Samvedna Society, was the Guest of Honour. The programme was organized by Kiran Kesar Sharma.

The event featured a vibrant display of talent through singing, dance, poetry and modelling performances, with participants showcasing their creativity, confidence and patriotic spirit. The performers were felicitated with certificates and trophies in recognition of their participation and talent.

Speaking on the occasion, Sham Lal Sharma appreciated the organizers for providing children and youngsters with a meaningful platform to showcase their talent. He said that such programmes help in building confidence among the younger generation and strengthen their connection with the nation and its rich cultural values. He emphasized that society, parents and organizations should continue to encourage youngsters to participate in constructive and patriotic activities.

Keshav Chopra, Social Activist & Chairman Samvedna Society, congratulated organizers and participants and said children should be encouraged to pursue their talent along with studies. He emphasized that patriotic events should be organized throughout the year to keep youth connected with national values and urged parents and institutions to promote constructive activities. He also appealed to channelize youth energy positively and gave the message: “Say No to Drugs & Yes to Talent”.

The programme concluded with appreciation for the participants, organizers and everyone involved in making Spirit of Independence Season 3 a celebration of patriotism, talent and the spirit of the young generation.
