The movement of light vehicles started on Monday on the strategic Manali-Leh national highway after it remained shut due to heavy snowfall, the authorities said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Deputy Commissioner of Lahaul-Spiti, Neeraj Kumar, said the road will remain open for small vehicles from Baralacha Pass till 1 pm every afternoon. For the time being there will be a ban on the movement of trucks and two-wheelers. The administration has appealed to the drivers to park their vehicles only at designated places.
