{"id":30929,"date":"2022-01-31T12:56:55","date_gmt":"2022-01-31T07:26:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailytaskeen.com\/?p=30929"},"modified":"2022-01-31T12:56:55","modified_gmt":"2022-01-31T07:26:55","slug":"h-1b-visa-registration-for-fy23-to-begin-in-march-details-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailytaskeen.com\/?p=30929","title":{"rendered":"H-1B visa registration for FY23 to begin in March, details here"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that the initial registration period for the coveted H-1B visas for FY2023 will run through March 1-18.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a statement on Saturday, the USCIS said that during the above mentioned period \u201cprospective petitioners and representatives will be able to complete and submit their registrations using our online H-1B registration system\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The USCIS will assign a confirmation number to each registration submitted which will be used solely to track registrations.<\/p>\n<p>This number, however, cannot be used to track the case status online, the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>It further said that prospective H-1B cap-subject petitioners or their representatives are required to use a myUSCIS online account to register each beneficiary electronically for the selection process and pay the required $10 registration fee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProspective petitioners submitting their own registrations will use a `registrant` account. Registrants will be able to create new accounts beginning at noon on February 21.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article-thumbnails\" class=\"trc_related_container trc_spotlight_widget trc_elastic trc_elastic_thumbnails-m\" data-placement-name=\"Mid Article Thumbnails\">\n<div class=\"trc_rbox_container\">\n<div>\n<div id=\"trc_wrapper_37901\" class=\"trc_rbox thumbnails-m trc-content-sponsored \">\n<div id=\"trc_header_37901\" class=\"trc_rbox_header trc_rbox_border_elm\">\n<div class=\"trc_header_ext\">\n<p>US employers and agents are collectively known as \u201cregistrants\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The USCIS said that once enough registrations are received by the March 18 deadline, there will be a random selection after which selection notifications will be via users` myUSCIS online accounts.<\/p>\n<p>The H-1B visa allows companies and other employers in the US to temporarily employ foreign workers in occupations that require the theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialised knowledge and a bachelor`s degree or higher in the specific speciality, or its equivalent, according to the USCIS.<\/p>\n<p>Every year the US gives 65,000 H-1B visas open to all and 20,000 to those with advanced US degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Indians are the biggest beneficiaries of the H-1B visas getting about 75 per cent of them, according to the US government.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that the initial registration period for the coveted H-1B visas for FY2023 will run through March 1-18.
