{"id":30782,"date":"2022-01-28T11:27:24","date_gmt":"2022-01-28T05:57:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailytaskeen.com\/?p=30782"},"modified":"2022-01-28T11:27:24","modified_gmt":"2022-01-28T05:57:24","slug":"6-services-notified-under-psga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailytaskeen.com\/?p=30782","title":{"rendered":"6 services notified under PSGA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Jammu:\u00a0The government on Thursday notified six services of three departments, to be brought under Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA), 2011, along with their time-lines, designated officers and appellate authorities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 read with section 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act, 2011 (Act No. IX of 2011), the government hereby notifies these services, timelines and Designated officers or Appellate authorities for the departments,\u201d read a GAD notification.<\/p>\n<p>As per the notification, two services of Housing &amp; Urban Development Department (HUDD); three services of Revenue and one service of Power Development Department (PDD) have been brought under PSGA.<\/p>\n<p>For \u201cSignage Licence for Advertisement &#8221; service of HUDD, the timeline will be 15 days, designated officer will be Chief Revenue Officer, first Appellate Authority will be Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation and second Appellate Authority will be Commissioner Municipal Corporation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For \u201cSanction for storage of construction material including rubbish and excavated earth on the public road or pavement during construction of building\u201d service of HUDD, the timeline will be 7 days, designated officer will be Chief Sanitation Officer; first Appellate Authority will be Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation and second Appellate Authority will be Commissioner Municipal Corporation.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jammu:\u00a0The government on Thursday notified six services of three departments, to be brought under Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA), 2011, along with their time-lines, designated officers and appellate authorities. \u201cIn exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 read with section 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act, 2011 &hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":30783,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2,13,9],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-30782","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-featured","category-jammu-kashmir","category-region"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 -
