{"id":30691,"date":"2022-01-25T11:17:36","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T05:47:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailytaskeen.com\/?p=30691"},"modified":"2022-01-25T11:17:36","modified_gmt":"2022-01-25T05:47:36","slug":"in-over-two-months-jk-govt-sacks-28-teachers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailytaskeen.com\/?p=30691","title":{"rendered":"In over two months, J&#038;K Govt sacks 28 teachers"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>With the termination of two more teachers of the School Education Department, the government in the past more than two months has sacked at least 28 teachers from the services for remaining absent unauthorizedly.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In an order issued by the Director of School Education Kashmir (DSEK), said that these teachers have been remaining absently unauthorized from their legitimate duties.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>One of the orders issued by the DSEK, a copy of which lies with the news agency states that one among the terminated teachers continues to remain absent un-authorizedly for 19 years.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cOne of the teachers posted at Primary School Khumriyal in north Kashmir\u2019s Kupwara remained unauthorizedly absent from her legitimate duties from 01-07-2002, and the teacher did not resume her legitimate duties and continued to remain unauthorizedly absent for 19 years,\u201d it reads.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It also states that the teacher was provided with an opportunity to be heard by DSEK on 06-07-2021 wherein she was directed to present herself before the directorate along with a statement of defence within seven days.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>DSEK said that the teacher responded the notice on 15-07-2021 but on its examination it was found unsatisfactory and unsubstantiated and could not justify her long unauthorized absence<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cThe issue was placed before the Designated Committee and pursuant to the decision of the committee, the teacher is hereby removed from the service of the State in terms of Article 113 of J&amp;K Civil Services Rules (Volume I) of 1956 and rule 30(vii) of J&amp;KCCA rules 1956,\u201d it reads.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Likewise, another teacher was also terminated for remaining unauthorized absent from her legitimate duties.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>DSEK said that the teacher was absent from 01-10-2014 and had proceeded outside the country without obtaining prior station leave permission or the sanction of leave from the competent authority.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On January-14, the government has terminated three teachers of the School Education Department from the services for remaining absent un-authorizedly.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In the first week of December-2021, the government sacked one teacher followed by six more in the last week of November-2021 for remaining absent un-authorizedly<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the termination of two more teachers of the School Education Department, the government in the past more than two months has sacked at least 28 teachers from the services for remaining absent unauthorizedly.
