The temperature is below minus 1.1\u00b0C than the normal for this time of the year in the city and was lowest so far this season, the official said.<br><br>Also fog engulfed many parts including the city as a consequence of which vehicles moved with head-lights on during the morning.<br>Qazigund, the gateway town of Kashmir, recorded minimum temperature of minus 1.0\u00b0C against previous night\u2019s 0.6\u00b0C, the official said. It was minus 2.3\u00b0C below normal for the place, the official said.<br>Pahalgam, the famous resort in south Kashmir, recorded a low of minus 3.5\u00b0C against minus 3.4\u00b0C on the previous night and normal of minus 1.2\u00b0C, he said.<br>Kokernag, also in south Kashmir, recorded a minimum temperature of 0.4\u00b0C against 1.8\u00b0C on the previous night and it was minus 1.9\u00b0C below normal there, the official said.<br>Kupwara town in north Kashmir recorded a low of minus 1.1\u00b0C against minus 0.9\u00b0C on the previous night, the official said.<br>Gulmarg, the world famous skiing resort in north Kashmir, recorded a minimum of minus 2.0\u00b0against minus 0.6\u00b0C on the previous night, the official said.<br>Leh recorded a low of minus 7.1\u00b0C against last night\u2019s minus 7.0\u00b0C while mercury settled at minus 3.2\u00b0C against minus 1.9\u00b0C last night in Kargil, the official said.<br><br><strong>The MeT office has said that the weather shall remain dry for at least November 19 in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
