Security forces on Monday launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Bulgam area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district. Reports said a joint team of Army’s 52 RR, SOG of J&K police and CRPF jointly launched a search operation in the area. SSP Sopore Javid Iqbal said the CASO was launched after they received inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
