Winds of change have started from BJP to Congress – Karra, welcomes RE-entry of Former Minister Prem Sagar Aziz.
Jammu Nov. 03 :- JKPCC President Shri Tariq Hameed Karra today welcomed and re- inducted former Minister Prem Sagar Aziz into party, who left BJP and re-joined congress party today in a function at PCC HQ, Rajiv Bhawan Jammu under the leadership of PCC President Shri Tariq Hameed Karra.
Welcoming Prem Sagar Aziz back into party, JKPCC President Shri Tariq Hameed Karra said that winds of change have stated from BJP towards Congress in view of the current political situation in the country. Karra said that the expiry of date of BJP has come and now people look towards Congress party and Shri Rahul Gandhi for future leadership in the country. It is the result of the struggle of Congress party and LOP Shri Rahul Gandhi that BJP is exposed especially on Vote Chori through CEC, Gyanesh Kumar.
Prominent leaders of PCC and Dist. Kathua were present on the occasion including Working President Raman Bhalla, Former Minister Mula Ram, Chief Spokespersn Ravinder Sharma, Dist. President Kathua Pankaj Dogra, Former Minister Dr. Manohar Lal Sharma, EX-MLATh. Balbir Singh, EX-MLCs Ved Mahajan, Subash Gupta, Treasurer Rajnish Sharma, DCC President Jammu Rural Neeraj Kundan, Ex-Minister Ch. Gharu Ram, Vinod Sharma ,Rakesh Choudhary, Adv. Shah Mohd Choudhary, Shashi Sharma, NSUI President Ajay Lakhotra, SC Cell Chairman Ashok Bhagat , Iqbal Dar, Sanjeev Panda , Neeraj Gupta, , Kapil Singh, Bhavishya Sudan, Vijayant Pathania, Mangal Bral, and others.
Karra said that Congress party is committed to its ideology and ideals and termed the coming back of Prem Sagar Aziz into Congress, is an indication that the lot many people in BJP are fed up with ruling party because of its divisive politics, its authoritarian and pro-capitalist policies in government. Lot many people are suffocated in BJP now after 12 years of their in the Govt. and the return of Prem Sagar Aziz is an indication. Recently a youth narrated to Rahul Gandhi Ji that he was an Andh Bhagat of BJP but now apologized publically for supporting the wrong policies of Modi Govt. and BJP, despite your (Rahul Ji) repeated highlights of the blunders of Modi Govt from time to time. A large number of people have realized the misdeeds of Modi Govt and its expiry date is near, he added, asserting that congress will return to power at the centre in next elections.
PCC Chief termed Prem Sagar Aziz as a nice man and hard worker, who he has worked with him as junior Minister in Finance Department.
Several senior leaders and activists garlanded Shri Aziz and welcomed his decision.
Prem Sagar Aziz tanked PCC President for his re-induction into the party and said that Shri Kara had advised him not to join BJP. He said that he realized that Congress is the only party which believed in the inclusive policies and the people are inspired by the leadership of LOP Shri Rahul Gandhi and Shri Karra in J&K. He regretted joning BJP and said that he would work for the strengthening of the congress party, as per directions of the leadership.
DCC President Pankaj Dogra welcomed Prem Sagar Aziz for re-joining Congress party and said his joining will strengthen congress party in the district Kathua.
Former Minister Dr. Manohar Lal Sharma, Former MLA Th. Balbir Singh, EX-MLC Subash Gupta and Rajnish Sharma, Congress candidate Hiranagar Rakesh Choudhary, Narinder Khajuria, Yograj , Sardar Nita, Mushtaq Ahmed, Amernath Thakur, Arun Mehta, and large number of congress leaders, Block Presidents of Kathua welcomed his re-entry into congress party and said that the party would be further strengthened in the district.
