Jammu: The government has appointed Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) Director Anil Koul as Inquiry officer to conduct inquiry in “a case titled Riyaz Ahmad Khan versus Chairman Governing Body JKEDI” in terms of courts’ directions.
