President of District Congress Committee Reasi and former Minister Jugal Kishore Sharma has demanded opening of all temples and shrines like Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, Shiv Khori Shrine, Machail Mata Temple and other religious places across Jammu and Kashmir. “As the date for Unlock- 2 approaches, I would like to request our UT administration to consider opening the places of worship such as Vaishno Devi Shrine, Shiv Khori Shrine and Machail Mata Shrine for the intra-state devotees with proper guidelines mentioning the social distancing norms and regular sanitizing practices,” he said while addressing a press conference on Sunday.
